Eight stages from first visit to long-term support
Every factory works differently, so each stage is shaped around your structure, workflows and requirements.
01
Start with the factory
Discovery & Factory Assessment
Every factory operates differently. TDS begins by understanding how you actually work before defining the solution.
Current workflows
Operational problems
Information gaps
User requirements
Areas needing improvement
Factory-specific processes
02
Review how work is done
Process Analysis
We map current operations and how information moves between departments. Each analysis is done case by case and reflects your factory's structure, workflows and requirements.
Micro-Level Analysis
03
Improve the process
SOP Redesign
We standardise and improve workflows before or alongside system implementation. TDS writes personalised standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on your existing processes, needs and improvement opportunities. We don't apply one standard workflow to every client.
Technology works better when the process behind it is clear.
04
Define the project
Project Definition
Together we agree what the project will deliver and how. Scope varies from one factory to another, so TDS prepares a custom quotation. It is based on the agreed requirements, process complexity, implementation scope and any system changes needed.
Business impact review
Project charter
Kick-off
Agreed project scope
Factory-specific requirements
05
Build & test
Development & User Acceptance Testing
We configure the system around your approved processes and SOPs, and develop any required changes within the agreed scope. Then your own users test it. This is user acceptance testing (UAT): the system is signed off before go-live.
Configuration & development
Required changes
Integrations where applicable
Testing with client users
Acceptance before go-live
06
Go live
Rollout to Live Operations
The system is rolled out and the factory moves to live operations, with the TDS team alongside during the transition. The timeline is planned around your scope.
Fast Implementation Process
Stage 07 · Change management & user adoption
Implementation succeeds because of people
Success depends on people, processes, leadership and execution, not technology alone.
Understanding the new process
Helping teams see why the work is changing and what it means for their role.
User adoption
Training and hands-on support until people use the system with confidence.
Management involvement
Leaders who set direction and support their teams through the change.
Moving on from old ways
A managed transition from paper, spreadsheets and habits to connected work.
08
Ongoing support
Support that continues after go-live
Support is available under an AMC (annual maintenance contract) or a SaaS (software as a service) subscription. As your requirements change, TDS can keep adjusting processes, reports and the system to match how you operate.

Expert Support Team
Every implementation starts with a conversation about your factory.
Tell us how your factory works today and what you want to improve. We will build the plan from there.
